Below you can read through what we provide:
Quality Heating & Cooling, INC. agrees to provide (2) complete semi-annual preventative maintenance services per year. Your specialized service will be performed by a skilled and qualified Service Technician who has been trained to make your heating and air conditioning system operate as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible. Your semi-annual services will be scheduled for the spring and the fall pre-seasons during normal business hours. During these visits we will clean, test, lubricate, and visually inspect the following:
HEATING (Fall)
- Condensate drain line
- Blower motors and assemblies
- All electrical components
- Safety switches
- Heat exchanger and burners
- Thermostat and Filters
- Overall condition of system
COOLING (Spring)
- Condensate drain line
- Compressor and motor assemblies
- All electrical components, voltage
- Amp draw
- Condenser coil
- Thermostats and Filters
- Overall condition of system
